CONTROL PANELS
Automatic Changeover Switching Equipment (ACSE): The automatic control function is responsible for the automatic switching scheme and interlocks for breakers. In order to achieve this function, the intelligent electronic device (IED) collects inputs for breaker status, protection relays, and other data related to power such as voltage and volt-ampere reactive (VAR) values. This function is derived from the same IED used in the panel to divert the control through the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.
Automatic Bus Transfer Scheme (ABTS): The automatic bus transfer scheme (ABTS) is an automatic switching scheme in substations which performs in parallel with some transformers. In the event of a power transformer failure, the remaining transformers continue to operate to feed the entire substation load without interruption of supply. The ABTS scheme can be achieved through a programmable intelligent electronic device (IED) or remotely controlled through the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.
MIMIC CONTROL PANELS
Transformer Control Panel: This device controls switching equipment in the transformer bay and the measurement of energy. It is equipped with annunciators and a synchronizing relay.
Synchronizing Panel: This device is used for manual bay/bus synchronization.
Feeder / Line Control Panel: This device is used to control switching equipment in the line/feeder bay and the measurement of energy. It is equipped with annunciators and a synchronizing relay.
Bus Coupler / Bus Section Control Panels: This device is used to control switching equipment in coupler bays and the measurement of energy. It is equipped with annunciators and a synchronizing relay.
SPECIAL PANELS
Mosaic Control Panel: This device is used to control switching equipment and the measurement of energy in all bays. The control and indicator arrangement are constructed of mosaic tiles on the front side of the panel. The use of tiles allows for easy modification and bay extension for future expansion.
Metering Panels: These panels are used to measure energy for tariffs.
Data Retrieval / Station Evaluation Panel (DTR/SEP): The DTR/SE Panels relay in all panels to ensure seamless communication through one system. It is used to download and upload data from remote area protection and measurement equipment at a master station headquarters.
SCADA PANELS
We provide complete supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) solutions for substations (high-voltage, medium-voltage) and other applications such as motor control centers and so on. The distributor control system uses the industry's latest technology.
